IBPS Probationary Officer (PO) Examination is conducted annually by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to recruit Probationary Officers and Management Trainees in participating public sector banks. The recruitment process consists of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview.
